Do we have to replace our PMS?+
No. Hosptease is a guest-experience layer that runs alongside whatever you use today — a PMS, a spreadsheet, or a paper book. You keep everything you already use to run the property; reception registers arrivals in Hosptease in seconds.
Do you integrate with my PMS?+
Not yet — and you don't need it to start. Hosptease works standalone from day one. Automatic reservation sync is on the roadmap, starting with Cloudbeds; tell us what you run and we'll prioritize accordingly.
How long does onboarding take?+
Days, not months. Day 1: rooms, menu, facilities, and staff setup. Then a short pilot with one floor or one team, and full rollout when you're comfortable — most properties can be live within the first week.
What happens to the front-desk phone?+
It rings less. Hosptease handles requests, chat, and in-room orders through the dashboard, so most service flows don't need a phone call. You still pick up — for fewer, more meaningful conversations.
Do guests need to download an app?+
No. The guest experience is a web app that opens from a QR code or a 6-digit code on the key-card sleeve. If a property wants a native iOS/Android version, that's a separate add-on.
